Hello all FSL experts,
Does anyone has used SUSAN noise reduction in
FSL with the Diffusion Tensor Images (DTI)? If yes, then what
parameters used to optimal for the brightness threshold, bt, and the
spatial scale, dt used.
I'll appreciate your feedback on this.
