hi, i'm trying to remove some nuisance regressors and demean a 4d time series using fsl_regfilt. i have a text file containing my nuisance regressors and a column of ones. the output of fsl_regfilt is not demeaned. if i repeat this exercise with fsl_glm and look at the residual time course, it's demeaned. is not demeaning the intended behavior of fsl_regfilt? cheers, satra
