Hello, I am trying to understand the relationship between the DCMI abstract model (and in particular the vocabulary model) and the ISO 11179-3 model for administered items. I understand via SKOS that they are in some way compatible. The aim in understanding the relationships between the two is to try and decide the value of each model as the basis for an information architecture. Is there anyone who can provide any guidance on this issue – and in particular any mappings between the two?
