Dear Colleagues,

My colleague, Katherine, is currently researching innovative methods of communication between staff, students and managers in HEI's.

As you're no doubt aware, the most common of these are the use of internal student and staff emails, newsletters/bulletins, Facebook and Twitter. Can anyone suggest other routes being used to successfully engage with stakeholders? How do you use these methods in an exciting way to ensure they are attracting a high volume of followers?

It would be really helpful if you could provide any responses to her directly via the email address below by the end of this week (Fri 4th Nov).
