Course Outline:

A workshop for those involved in intranet management, offering you a day
of discussing and learning about making improvements for your intranet
in environments where time is scarce and finance for projects scarcer
still. This is the third in the successful series of Intranet Roadmap
Workshops run this year by Martin White and Dion Lindsay. It continues
the popular features of the series:

*	participants will be encouraged to develop, and hopefully share,
their own personal agenda for what they are going to try to achieve in
the next three-six months.
*	Techniques and lessons learnt from a wide variety of
organisations will be offered
*	the day will focus on an exchange of experience as well as
guidance on best practice from the workshop leaders.
*	before the day, each participant will receive the slide decks
from Workshop 1 "Translating user requirements into a high-performance
intranet" and Workshop 2 "Using your intranet to support collaboration
and knowledge exchange"
*	networking and development of personal work agendas until 17:00
