Effect Size: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Effect_size Raw data does not have an effect size. The effect size is based on the raw data and you would need to compute it, although someone might have some code already written. If you want the timeseries data from an ROI, see my VOI tools (search mclaren and VOI on the list).
