Dear SPMers, Is there a way to batch dilate/erode an roi in SPM? I have been doing it manually using the SPM's ROI tool. However, this application is a tad clunky and takes forever for what seems like an easily automated task. I'm open to using other batch roi dilation methods too so I appreciate any suggestions.
