Dear SPM experts, In a 2 sample t-test, the SPM report 2 clusters had significant (p < 0.001 and k > 50) level (see attachment). when I look at the cluster-level, the FDR-corr and FWE-corr are also significant. But the FDR-corr and FWE-corr in voxel-level are not significant. I wonder the interpretation is 1. if I accept p<0.001 and k > 50, the result is significant 2. if I need FWE-corr < 0.05, then the result is NON-significant ? is it correct ? did the FWE-corr and FDR-corr in voxel-level is meaningful ? thanks help JL
