I was wondering if anyone had used a survey in their organisation to look at how they used rm, what their approach to email retention was, and generally how they approached records?

If you have, I would be grateful for a copy of your survey and to know the results. Did it change the way you worked? What were the issues if any of getting such a survey done within the organisation?

Did you use this as part of a marketing and communication plan for rm within your organisation.

I would like to develop one for my organisation and will share the survey and results (to the extent that I can) in return.

Thanks

Lawrence

The Information Explosion: How Organizations Are Dealing With It
The purpose of this short and simple survey is to gain a better understanding of the challenges faced by organizations confronted with the growth and proliferation of information, and to identify attitudes toward implementing technology solutions to automate filtering, classification, management and/or disposition of information.
