Bonjour Danielle You wrote that you are initiating a research project on "what values should be taken into consideration when defining a design policy for Canada." I too reflected on this same topic some 30-40 years ago. But at this moment I can't commit myself to actively and regularly take part in your research, only occasionally if and when needed. My contribution will be in the sense of devising a design policy focusing more on use value of artifacts, instead of the currently more highlighted market exchange value.
