Hi List
Many moons ago I had a check-list for night workers,
listing helpful hints to induce sleep during the day......of course
when I need it I can no longer find it!
I have discussed the usual advice with them such as......
darkened bedrooms, Temperature, hot milky drinks, no stimulants etc etc but I
would be really grateful if anyone has a more comprehensive list they
would be willing to share? I have already spoken to the London sleep clinic
but their list had less information on it than mine!
