******************************** Please remove this footer before replying.Hi ListMany moons ago I had a check-list for night workers, listing helpful hints to induce sleep during the day......of course when I need it I can no longer find it!I have discussed the usual advice with them such as...... darkened bedrooms, Temperature, hot milky drinks, no stimulants etc etc but I would be really grateful if anyone has a more comprehensive list they would be willing to share?
