medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture

These have emerged from an excavation conducted several years ago (and not properly recorded) on the site of the Cistercian abbey of Llantarnam in south Wales - http://tinyurl.com/3w6lmt2

They are lead, but there are no facilities for detailed testing in the museum where they are housed and there are apparently difficulties in transferring them to a museum with better facilities (local politics, I think).

Thoughts, anyone?
