Some of you may be interested to know that the BFI has released a new DVD retrospective of Humphrey Jennings’ films. Humphrey Jennings worked with Mass Observation during the early years of the organisation.

The DVD contains all of Humphrey Jennings’ films, including his wartime works: Listen to Britain, Fires Were Started and A Diary for Timothy. The films are newly remastered to High Definition, and released by the BFI across three volumes.
