UKeiG is now calling for nominations for election to the Management Committee for the year 2012. The Management Committee is a very active and rewarding forum for anyone who wishes to get involved in an important aspect of information work or who wishes to expand their professional development objectives. UKeiG has a busy year ahead which includes developing the successful the training programme to include different delivery methods, introducing digital-only communications with members and continuing with publishing projects. The committee meets about 6 times a year but most work is done remotely. UKeiG members who have experience in any type of information work or who have recently joined the profession and would like to develop their skills will be most welcome.
