Yes, quite... and all water is drinkable here (unless expressly saying otherwise) - if not always nice tasting (especially in London)! However, even there, in blind taste tests, most people cannot tell the difference between chilled bottled water and chilled London tap water. We also have The
Drinking Water Inspectorate to provide independent scrutiny of drinking water supplies.
...but I'm intrigued, why do your library staff, Ka Ming, have to drink from a bathroom tap..?

tap water is perfectly drinkable and at least as good as some bottled waters. And its free. Don't be fooled by advertisers claims!
Remember Coca Cola were prosecuted for selling neat tap water.

We have water coolers in our libraries, and if we didn't then people would have to go out to buy bottled water.. and you wouldn't really want to drink water from a bathroom tap.
