This course is aimed at frontline library staff involved in or interested in working with Teenagers.
 
The course aims to:-
 
•           Provide practical skills to use when talking to Teens and organising Library events
•           Increase knowledge of dealing with challenging behaviour
•           Looking at gaming as a way of interacting with young people
