I am getting conflicting advice re the need for patients with CKD3 to have pneumococcal vaccine and/or 5 yearly boosters. The position for CKD4 and 5 seems straightforward enough but not for CKD3 (obviously a much larger group). The green book is ambiguous referring only to &quot;chronic renal failure&quot;. Does anyone have any referenced guidleines they can point me to?<br clear="all">
