Hi,

I'm not really sure about these particular versions but in the past we have
had trouble with incompatibilities between versions.  If you want to skip
the tcl/tk component of the build then you can edit the $FSLDIR/extras/build
script and remove this which should allow you to build most of the rest of
FSL without trouble.

We have tcl/tk installed (including the devel packages) but they are not the exact version that’s recommended from the site ( 8.4.14 ) instead, we have a newer version (8.5.5-2) and I would think that it’s backwards compatible but im not sure… Does anyone know if tcl/tk requires the exact version 8.4.14?
