Dear FSL team,

 

Q1):  If there is no B0 image in the DWI .nii file, we do have an EPI image collected 40 mins before the aquisition of DTI data.  Is it possible to get the FA map without B0 image or use the EPI image which was collected early? 

 

Q2):  The phase encoding direction is right to left. DTI data have noticable geometry distortion at the temporal lobe (asymmetric).  Is this fixable?  Or shall we go ahead and re-collect the data using AP as the phase encoding direction?
