Hi - the custom-created design.fsf file must be incomplete.  If this is running OK from the GUI I suggest you load it into the GUI and save it back out (maybe after viewing the model in the GUI) - you can then run that or compare it against the broken design.fsf

Cheers

Hi,

I am trying to run a first level FEAT analysis (version) 5.98 from the command line with a custom made design.fsf file on jalapeno. When I run the FEAT using command line, it crashes in the stats process with the following in the report_log.html

"/usr/local/fsl/bin/feat_model design confoundevs.txt
Can't find key fmri(custom1)
/usr/local/fsl/bin/film_gls -rn stats -sa -ms 5   filtered_func_data design.mat 1000.0
Log directory is: stats
An exception has been thrown
Unable to open design.mat
Error: FILM did not complete - it probably ran out of memory"

But the same design.fsf executed using a GUI has no problems. When I execute the design.fsf file that was created by the successful run using the GUI from the command line, it crashes again with the same error report. Any ideas what is going wrong?

Thanks for any input.

Betina
