I have changed the error, but the problem is still there.

I think the error happens when "loading mesh files".

But I can not see the script of probtrackx and can not see what is whrong there.

 

What is the correct print-out when running probtrackx from surface seed? I wonder what is the next step?

In your options, please replace "--samples=./merged" by the full path, as this command line is not interpreted before being passed to probtrackx.
