Hi Saad,
Oh!!! This is the point!!!
I almost spent half a day to check about the Segmentation fault problem.

I think probtrackx does not work with the filename with a ',' now.

Thanks again!

Another thing I just noticed in your Seg fault error:  you probably need to replace rh.white, asc with rh.white.asc

The error messages will get better in the next release, promise!

I have changed the error, but the problem is still there.
I think the error happens when "loading mesh files".
But I can not see the script of probtrackx and can not see what is whrong there.

What is the correct print-out when running probtrackx from surface seed? I wonder what is the next step?
Thank!

Hi
In your options, please replace "--samples=./merged" by the full path, as this command line is not interpreted before being passed to probtrackx.

Cheers,
Saad.

HI, all~

I came across a problem when using the probtrackx.

Log directory is: .
loading mesh files
log: line 1: 18158 Segmentation fault      probtrackx --cthr=0.200 --forcedir --loopcheck -m /path1/S0295/mask/d_roi_brain_mask.nii.gz --mesh=/path2/S0295/surf/rh.white,asc --mode=seedmask --nsamples=5000 --nsteps=2000 --opd --os2t --dir=. --s2tastext --samples=./merged --seed=/path3/S0295_rIPS.label --seedref=/path2/S0295/mri/nifti/brain.nii.gz --steplength=0.500 --waypoints=/path4/masks/mask.r.v1.ac.60.196.nii.gz --xfm=/path2/S0295/mri/freesurfer2fa.mat

I have double checked all the files are there, BUT the segmentation happened.

Thanks!
