Ogilvie Chair in Geography University of Edinburgh The School of GeoSciences seeks applicants for its Ogilvie Chair in Geography. Applicants should have an outstanding international research profile in any aspect of human geography. Although preference will not be given to any particular sub-field within human geography, applications which complement and extend existing thematic excellence are especially welcome. The Ogilvie Chair in Geography was established in 1965. The successful applicant will make a major contribution to leadership within the School, and specifically in the related areas of Human Geography and Society & Environment. The Chair will take advantage of the interdisciplinary potential both within the School of GeoSciences and across the three Colleges of the University of Edinburgh. You will have an established track record of excellence in research and research leadership and will also pursue excellence in teaching within the spectrum of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees offered in the School of GeoSciences.
