Dear SPM Users, If totally we have 15 participants for one group, but 4 or 5 participants in this group did not show any activation in the seed region (p<0.05, minimum voxel extent 4), then we only have 10 or 11 valid participants for group analysis of PPI. Is the result of the group analysis of PPI reliable for discussing about functional connectivity between the seed region and target regions of interest? Does PPI analysis have a minimum requirement of percentage of the valid participants? Thanks in advance! Best regards, Ning
