Hello everyone,<br><br>When using the Check Reg and Display tools in SPM, it doesn&#39;t seem that I&#39;m able to save the alignment changes I make to the MRI images. I assume this is necessary in order to proceed with preprocessing? When I go to save anything from that screen, it tries to save it as an image file. I&#39;m sure there&#39;s a fairly simple explanation for this - if someone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.<br>
