Kyle -------------------- Postdoctoral Research Assistant Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford Grade 7: £29,099 - £35,788 p.a. The Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences seeks a Postdoctoral Research Assistant to implement a programme of neuroscience research with Dr K Pattinson. The project involves investigating psychophysical aspects of breathlessness using a healthy volunteer model that will be applied to functional magnetic resonance imaging. Dr Pattinson’s research group investigates control of respiration using functional magnetic resonance imaging. The ideal candidate should have a DPhil/PhD in a relevant discipline and first author publications in peer reviewed journals. This post is available from October 2011 for a period of 1 year.
