Dear experts, I am going to run a psycho-physiological interaction analysis using the time series from an ICA analysis. The calculations of the PPI term need deconvolving the ICA "BOLD" time series with the hemodynamic function as suggested by Gitelman et al. (2003). Is there a simple way to do the hemodynamic deconvolution using SPM functions?
