Dear DCM Experts, I am trying use DCM and have a quick question, I am working with 3 ROI's and two tasks. Extent of activation (number of voxels) within the ROI in the 2nd task is twice when compared to the first task. My question is does the amount of activation in a ROI effect the effective connectivity between them. Thank you very much. Deepika.
