Dear list,

 

Can I please ask your thought and opinion's on medical screening for individuals on work experience/volunteers.

 

Should I be considering health issues in the process to allow individuals to work on site, even if it is for a relatively short period of time, i,e  up to 8 weeks. Is there a duty to make reasonable adjustments to facilitate their work experience?

 

Any comments would be most appreciated.
