We would like to participate in a project updating the Bologna scale to measure the use of evidence in intrapartum care (and maybe antenatal care) and use it in South Africa. Who else are interested?

Dear Mary,

Linda J Kvist and I have used the Bologna Score in a nationwide study in
Sweden (please see enclosed file). I have also used in a study in Cambodia
(that hopefully will be published in Midwifery soon).

Hello again

Has any had any experience of using the WHO Bologna scale, modified or
otherwise, as an audit tool for normal birth? I had never come across it,
to be honest, but a colleague has just sent me a copy of the original
version. I think this could be modified, but wondered if anyone has their
own experience of using it in practice.
