Hi Yes I have used it; in DR Congo and in India; as part of master thesises. And My research Ann SOfie Bojö has also used it and as I understand has an accepted article on it. These studies show that it is need of a revision. I have also been in contact with the authors Chalmers and Porter 2001 who have given us freedom to change it.
