Professionals within our Design and Planning team specialise in design, master planning, environmental and ecological planning, strategic planning and economic development. We create implementable solutions that promote sustainable land use and enhance quality of life.Our central London office is currently looking to recruit a GIS Analyst.

Job responsibilities:

• Preparation of spatial statistics, network analysis and database design.
• Use of statistical methods to examine spatial relationships between multiple factors
• Use of cartographic skills for graphic communication and visualisation of complex issues and information in a clear and effective manner
• Inputting GIS analysis into a wide spectrum of disciplines including ecology, landscape, environmental, town planning, infrastructure studies and urban design projects.

Candidate requirements:

• BSc (Hons) and MA in GIS, Geographic Information Management, Spatial Analysis (or equivalent).
• Excellence in ESRI ARC GIS v.10, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator (+ other creative suites would be desirable)
• At least 5 years relevant experience of spatial analysis in a multi-disciplinary environment or on multi-disciplinary projects
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to think creatively and present innovative solutions of spatial analysis.
