My Client is looking to appoint a permanent Graduate (GIS) Developer (C#, ASP, .Net, Flex) to join their busy development team.
This is a unique opportunity for a graduate developer fresh out of University or, ideally, with 1-2 years commercial development exposure to utilise and further develop their development skill set in an exciting and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will have a solid degree or work based foundation in software development, ideally with experience of Flex and web services.
Primary development exposure and experience required for this role include; C#, ASP & .Net along with SQL Server and general web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML & Javascript.
Additional development exposure to Adobe Flex (ActionScript) would prove of particular interest.
Other desirable development exposure includes the Flex API for ArcGIS Server, GIS software and Python .
As this is a Graduate level role, my client would consider candidates who don’t have all the listed skills but possess a solid understanding / hands on experience of software development utilising some of the primary development skills listed and who can clearly demonstrate a propensity to learn quickly.
