Hi

I tried running flirt in the command line apparently it wasn't running.  However, checking the default installation directory shows fsl and its files installed.  I will check to see how to run it from the command line

Mobin

Hi,

Have you done a simple test to see if FSL itself is setup correctly?
For instance, type:
 flirt
in a terminal and see if you get a usage message.
Or type:
 fsl
and see if the GUI starts.

If these don't work then that needs to be fixed before worrying
about FEEDS.

If they do work then the problems you are describing sound like
you are looking for the feeds directory in the wrong place.  You
need to cd into the place where you've unpacked it.  If it says "no
such directory" then that means you are trying to find it in the
wrong place.

Hopefully this will help you solve your problems.
All the best,
       Mark
