Hi,

I have Linux UBUNTU installed in my PC and I have downloaded FSL for that version. First, I couldn't call FSL from the terminal, but now, with the appropiate command,  I can. But it is the same. I Only get the first analysis (.ica) but melodic.gica not found and I have a lot of errors and I don't know how to resolve them. Anyone could help me? I only need to covariate, demeaning the age of my two groups but it seems impossible for me to extract the Principal IC.

Any advice before giving up my work? I am working again and again all the days, learning about Linux and I don't find the solution.



I think is too much for me, learning FSL, learning Linux, installing UBUNTU, get the command for making executable properly FSL, and so on, too much things in few days 


I only needed covariation and now I can't do it. I feel desperate.
