Hi FSL experts,

I am having a problem running the fslvbm_2_template step in my vbm analysis. At the stage where fslvbm2c should run the pipeline errors out, generating an error file fslvbm2c.e4569 which contains the message: /bin/sh: ./fslvbm2c: Permission denied. I don't think this is a permission problem as I have full read, write and execute permissions for the files and dirs and the script fslvbm2c is executable. The pipeline then continues for fslvbm2d, then fails obviously for the last steps as there are no flipped images present necessary for the template creation. I'm racking my brain trying to think what the problem might be, any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
