Hi

You want:
-a concat

You will feed the cross-subject model into the dual-regression, not the initial concat-group-ICA - don't bother putting the model into that.

Cheers.

Hi All,

I am trying to use dual-regression method to do group ICA comparison. According to the script, I should do a group ICA with multi-session temporal concatenation method first. Which command option shall I use? (I think it may be  "-a 3D", but the terminal gives me the error: "-a: unknown error").

Also I hope to add the design matrix and the t-contrast matrix across subject-domain. I have generated the two matrix from GLM. But when I use option "--Sdes" and "--Scon" in the command line, the terminal gives me the same error: "--Sdes: unknown error" and "--Scon: unknown error".

Thank you for giving me some advice!
