I used fsl_reg to align non-linearly an FA image to the FA template. Now I want to invert the transformations, both the .mat and the warp + .msf obtained by fnirt. Is there a way to do this without rerunning flirt and fnirt in the opposite direction of what I did originally? Stefano Marenco
