Hello All,
 
For the last couple of days I've been trying to get BET to run.  I'm trying to use it through the GUI so am issuing the command 'Bet'.  Unfortunately all this does is produce some error messages (see below) and exits.  Any chance somebody can explain this behaviour and advise me how to correct it?

Ubuntu release is 9.04 (jaunty)
 
I already have Tcl/Tk, version 8.4.16 installed so removed them from the extras build list
