If you could recommend up to half-a-dozen disability-themed books for non-specialists, what would they be?

'Resistance', my installation about the disabled holocaust is due to run at a museum and I have been asked to provide a recommended book list for the museum shop to stock up. I'm looking for books that are about subjects other than the holocaust, suitable for a range of ages, fact or fiction, and from an uncompromising social model perspective. Suggestions gratefully received.

Thanks!
