This University is currently deciding on which way to go forward in upgrading its e-learning system.

As I understand it the choices are:

Blackboard

Moodle

Home-grown

Of the 3 "Home-grown" is not tipped as the winner but I would like to advise on the best possible solution to answer the multitude of problems we now experience with the current setup Web CT.

All views wil be welcome but I think perhaps a mix between Blackboard and Moodle might answer?
