Dear all

Can anyone help with this request from a local OT? It's not an area
that I'm familiar with.

I have a lady who has reduced arm function but wants to continue to use
her computer. She currently uses Windows 7 voice activated software.
However the microphone she uses is not very good. She wondered whether
there is one that can be connected through the USB port and whether it
can be desk top mounted. Any advice where to buy such an item from?
