Many thanks for all the responses regarding my query about deflocculents for radiocarbon samples. I am having good success with the samples thus far. Plenty of warm, distilled water and a stay overnight on the agitator at the gentlest speed seems to be the best approach for this material. Not bad, considering they were essentially little clay bricks after the treatment facility got through with them! Cheers Jen
