Whilst all new staff are required to complete an online e&d training programme that includes sexual orientation and links to our policies, we currently do not have an LGB staff network. We do have an equality page set up on our intranet that has separate sections for each protected group. We are currently considering producing a leaflet to be included in our staff induction pack and would be grateful if you are willing to share what you do, either whether you have a separate leaflet for LGB, or have produced a general E&D leaflet, or include an item that promotes LGB/general equality.
