Thanks Mogg, I've received your email on my 'official' email address and
replied there; very interesting and positive.

I've found Gardell's book very useful and cited it in a piece I'm writing
about David Lane/Wotanism and the far right's search for myths for their
vaguely-defined 'Northern' homeland for another anthology (themed around
Myth, Nation and 'Celticism').

There's also some interesting stuff coming out of teh articles and follow-up
posts at the 'Who Makes the Nazis' blog (http://www.whomakesthenazis.com/)
which is interested in the fascist strands in neo-folk and industrial music
cultures.
