Mae yna lawer o sôn am “escalating concerns” a “raising and escalating concerns” mewn gwahanol feysydd, gan gynnwys amddiffyn oedolion agored i niwed.

Mewn un ddogfen i nyrsys dwi wedi cael hyd i siart lif sy’n disgrifio’r broses (isod).  “Codi pryderon” yw “raising concerns”, ond beth yw “escalating concerns”, sef mynd â nhw at rywun uwch yn yr hierarchaeth?

Mewn trafodaeth arall yn yr archifau cynigiwyd “uwchraddio”.  A fyddai hynny’n gwneud y tro?
