Dear all
What would you say is a "good" response rate for a
questionnaire survey of 400 people, and what would be a "satisfactory"
rate? The survey is going to project participants and they can respond
online (if they use the internet) or on paper (if they don't use the
internet).
I'm interested to hear your views from the cultural
heritage point of view, which may be different to other types of
survey.
