Hi all, I want to extract the time series for the 116 regions defined by the AAL template. My idea is, normalize my data to the MNI space, and reslice my fMRI data, so that the corresponding voxels can be matched up. The voxel size of my original fMRI is: 3*3*4. After normalization, I resliced it into 2*2*2, which is the same as the AAL template. However, the dimensions of my resliced images are not the same as the template. This means that I can not match-up the voxels in my fMRI data with the voxels in the AAL template. So, how can I extract the time series for the ROIs? Thanks a lot.
