Hi, I would like to compare my Template_6.nii that I got from applying DARTEL (create Templates) to the Template_6_IXI550_MNI152.nii coming with the VBM8-Toolbox. As I understand it from reading and searching through the mailing list my template is not registered to MNI space. Is it possible to apply the affine transform given in Template_6_2mni.mat to get a version of Template_6 that's registered in MNI space? If yes, how can I do this? Thank you very much for your help.
