Obviously, nothing I'm saying should stop you from using whatever tools you want to make sure things don't get dropped. If you find it convenient to enter in issues we've raised into a spreadsheet, wiki page, issue tracker, or whatever for your internal use, that's wonderful. It may take us a bit longer to decide what we're going to do as a project.
